'i wash my sheets in your childhood memories' (extended version + Live performance at OCCII, Amsterdam)
scents can unlock hidden memories. experience of a smell travels directly into the brain, finding its place right next to the part specialised for encoding experiences. it is untouched by the language, therefore impossible to put in a context of a thought, but still deeply installed in the memory. years and years later experiencing the same smell is enough to relive past experience tangled in the rest of memories related to it.

'untitled'
a week of creative adventure far from the city with a dear friend Ugnius Raugalas,
preparing for playing at a festival and exploring the clash of my electronics
and ugas' world instruments, handmade or gathered from long travels. here is part of the outcome.
the rest blended into nature and abandoned its physical form

'the end'
sonic interpretation of samuel beckett's 'the end'
'there was that strange light which follows a day of persistent rain, when the sun comes out and the sky clears too late to be of any use. the earth makes a sound as of sighs and the last drops fall from the emptied cloudless sky. a small boy, stretching out his hands and looking up at the blue sky, asked his mother how such a thing was possible. fuck off, she said.' - samuel beckett. 'the end', 1946

'lluvia de peces'
a natural phenomenon of lluvia de peces has been occuring for more than a century in yoro (honduras).
it means 'rain of fish', as every year around spring/summer thousands of fishes fall from the sky!
i find it somewhat magical.

'4am, fall'
hollow mountains. dripping fountains. boundless fields. and no sound
floating spaceships. late nights, road trips. white noise. and lights out
shallow waters. drowning landscapes. northern skies. and lazy fights

'2D City'
the idea behind this piece is depicting urban landscape as a playground where adults play. what was once innocent games for children with lego constructions or toy cars and imaginary dinosours destroying houses, becomes games for grown-ups with the very real materials and very real affect on natural landscape and our state of mind. this time the dinosour is the overwhelming civilization pro(?)gress destroying our home planet, human interactions, leaving you surrounded by crowds yet feeling the oppressing solitude.
